Escape to our spacious 4-bedroom Wentzville home, perfect for families, groups, and professionals. Comfortably sleeps 10+ with 3 king beds, a bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. Features two living areas, a dedicated workspace, and a fully remodeled kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of a private backyard and off-street parking. Your ideal retreat for work or relaxation awaits!

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

It was a perfect house for our family to stay in for the week. Great bedroom spaces, very nice kitchen. It’s in a cute area with some great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Great Spot!

Great spot! We were in town for a horse show in Lake St. Louis and this spot proved to be the perfect spot for us during the time we were there. Clean, nice amentities, close to everything. Will definitely want to stay here again!

Very comfortable! We cooked meals and had all the equipment we needed. 3 King Size beds very cozy. Washer was under repair but used the dryer to dry clothes. Host was very accommodating!

The reason I had to give such low ratings was because this property was occupied when we arrived. -up until the day of check-in communication had been good. At 3 o’clock on the day of check-in I received all the check-in information for our 4 o’clock arrival. We had an 18 Hour drive to this property so we did not get in until 930 that evening. We used the code given in the check-in instructions to open the door to find that the home was already occupied. - we contacted the number given in the check-in instructions immediately and left messages. We then contacted VRBO. VRBO could not get in contact with the host. However, did offer suggestions for other places to stay. - I later realized that the host attempted contacting me through the Vrbo app to cancel the reservation however it was after the check-in instructions had already been sent to me. There was no discussion of refund at that point.-Other than that message, there was no other attempt to contact me. Which the host did later apologize for. - From what we did see the inside of the home looked like the pictures and it was cute and very clean. The area around where the home is located did not seem like the safest location in Wentzville. However, Wentzville itself is a pretty decent town so just a short drive and you’re in some of the nicer areas. Lots of very convenient areas to shop. Very close to many surrounding towns and great shopping.

We understand how stressful this must have been, especially after a long drive, and we truly regret the disruption to your stay.
