Welcome to Downtown Fenton's "Bright, Brushstroke BnB!" This modern, cozy home has all the amenities for a great, stress-free getaway. Located <0.5 miles from Fenton's famous restaurants like "The Laundry" & "Fenton Fire Hall," this newly updated 1 BR/1 bath modern, stylish space features an open-concept living room/kitchen, Queen bed, 55” ROKU TV w/ access to your favorite streaming networks + all the essentials you need for a worry-free getaway! Perfect for couples, a small family or solo travelers! You will have the home entirely to yourself. You’ll have your own designated parking right in front of the home for easy access. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a homemade meal or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant: full dishware set, coffee cups, utensils, drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, storage containers for leftovers, paper towels and more. Salt, pepper and olive oil are also available for your use. At the coffee bar, a full size coffee maker, an individual Kcup maker & an electric gooseneck kettle are provided. There is also a pour-over glass coffee maker stored inside of the cabinet. The fully stocked coffee bar features a selection of complimentary coffee/cream/sugar and teas to enjoy. Bedroom/Sleeping Areas: We know sleep is important while traveling! The bedroom contains a Queen size bed with a brand new, luxury memory foam mattress perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedroom & living room both feature blinds + black out curtains. The living room Crate & Barrel couch pulls out into a Queen size sleeper bed with extra bedding provided. In the bedroom, night stands with built-in storage & a reading lamp compliment the space, as well as a closet with two types of hangers for your clothes. There is an iron and table-top ironing board to ensure your clothes remain wrinkle free. The bedroom has a ceiling fan + electric wall heater with auto/manual settings to make sure you have the perfect temperature while sleeping. Bathroom: Updated bathroom features a tub/shower and vanity + medicine cabinet with storage. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities - extra toilet paper, hair dryer, body wash/shampoo/conditioner & Qtips. There is a non-slip mat in the shower as well. Bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths are provided. Living Area: The stylish living area features a 55” ROKU TV with free WiFi so that you can log in & enjoy your favorite streaming networks. A Crate & Barrel couch pulls out into a Queen sleeper & an assortment of games, books and decks of cards are also available for guest use. A breakfast bar with two stools compliments the open living area if you like to watch a show while you eat a home cooked meal or heat up some leftovers from a local restaurant downtown! *Please note, there is a one vehicle maximum at all times*

The place was awesome! It was cozy, very clean, has everything you need for a great stay. It is walkable to all that downtown Fenton has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed staying in this converted garage… You wouldn’t know that it wasn’t just a nice tiny home. The next time I visit Fenton, I will stay there in a heartbeat.

Super cute and clean place

Looks just like the pics, quiet and quaint. It was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Parking is right in front too. Perfect for a little weekend getaway!

Wonderful property in a excellent location

This place is exactly what we were looking for! It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Very clean, had excellent perks like ground coffee, makeup remover wipes, a water filter in the fridge, extra blankets, salt pepper and cooking spray, smart tvs in the living room and bedroom, very nice shower with soaps to use. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions promptly and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was good. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Fenton area, downtown is walking distance which is amazing, and Holly is only a 20min drive. They also had games for us to play there. If you're looking for something reasonable that gives you all the comfort of a home, and a great location, look no further!
