Great property, quiet neighborhood, many amenities in kitchen. Check-in went very smoothly, and we were provided a helpful guide prior to arrival. Also great location - we were close to downtown Saugatuck and places of interest (beaches, Felt estate, hiking trails) and not too far from South Haven or Holland. It was nice to be able to have some of our meals at home and walk the neighborhood. Very relaxing vacation!

Spacious, clean property

The property was spacious, updated, and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood next to the golf course. It was farther from the downtown than we were expecting from the description, not really walkable, but it was a short drive and the home itself made up for the location. It was just what we needed for our weekend family get away.

Just okay

House was very clean. No ice available on arrival. Patio door does not lock so that was a bit disconcerting. Shower doors in Master bath are totally useless. Off track do not close made for a wet and slippery floor! Limited towels available. No bath mat or bathroom rug?? Would have been great to have beach towels and chairs available for use!

Hello Amy, We are sorry to hear that stay was just okay. There should have been ice trays in the freezer. Our apologies if they were not refilled with water. We will make sure that our cleaners double-check that in the future. We wish you would have let us know about the shower doors as this is the first time we have heard of this and we have a maintenance team that could've gone over there to fix the situation. Yes, the previous guest jammed the slider so we did put in a jammed lock so that the slider could not be opened from the outside. We are currently working on that situation in between guests (back-to-back bookings). Also, we do advise in your check-in information the information below-regarding towels and what the property provides for your stay: Inventory/Starter Kits You will find the home is stocked with all the basics: Ready-made beds and 1 bath towel and washcloth per guest. Kitchen stocked with glasses, dishes, and utensils, as well as basic cookware The kitchen starter kit includes hand soap, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a roll of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, and a hand towel. Each bathroom is equipped with a starter kit which includes two rolls of toilet paper and a hand towel. Full bathrooms will have a mini shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion as well as a bar of soap. Again our apologies and we greatly appreciate your feedback. The Jaqua Vacation Rental Team
