Great stay

Nice modern house, and very clean. The porch is fantastic with a great view of the sunrise, the marina and a fire pit in the evenings. Very responsive! Just a few minutes drive to the zoo, and not far from Newport.

Love this VRBO. We were in town for family weekend. I, unfortunately, got diagnosed with bronchitis while we were there and was confined to the home more than I wanted to be. It was a lovely home in which to be confined. Thanks for your hospitality.

Our family really enjoyed it! Place was well maintained and clean. A lot of space for a family to have their own privacy. Both decks have a great view of the harbor. There are nice walking trails as well. We walked a couple blocks everyday for either coffee, lunch and or dinner. We hope to come back sometime!

Lovely view, beautiful property!

We thought we were in a brand new house, but it's an older property that has been remodeled beautifully. We loved sitting on the back deck, or even in the living room, enjoying the view of the bay. I'd stay here again and again and again.

The house was lovely and spotlessly clean. I did not like sharing the deck with then family renting next door (the decks are side by side with a see through wire fence). When I said hello to the wife, she said she did not want to waste her vacation talking t9 me.My only other complaint was that there were a number of things missing from the house which I thought should have been included: for example, there were 5 adults in my family, but only 3 coffee mugs in the house; there were no napkins or tissues and only one extra trash bag.For the amount charged, I felt these things could have been easily supplied.
