Delightful 1-bedroom cottage in San Bartolo-Lima, Peru , 1 meter from the Ocean

My name is Giuliana and I Iove this place more than anything; I move to US, I love been on the terrace or at the rock on the beach just relaxing and listening the sound of the waves and watching the horizons and all the surfers.
You can feel you are at the beach from any place inside the house, since we are one meter of distance from the ocean , this place is unique and I would like you enjoy as I do.

My house have 20 meters of beach, with a direct ocean view, all the cottage have windows with ocean view. You will smell the ocean and feel new every morning !
The terrace is so relaxing and the sunset is amaizing . If you are on the rock, you can stay there all day long until the tide increment. Around the house is the buffer on where the ocean makes the sound with rock . The window sofa is my favorite place to sleep, it is like been at the beach but inside the house ! It feels like you can fish from the window sofa. Taking breakfast on the terrace or in the dinning room looking the ocean, one meter from you , don’t have price !
