Our property is an ideal location to gather for family reunions, "staycations," friend getaways, special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations, or work retreats. It is also the perfect base for enjoying Utah's famous skiing, thanks to its close proximity and easy access to the state's stunning ski resorts.

Enjoy a firepit, BBQ grill, Traeger, Blackstone, new hot tub, large in-ground heated pool, & many other amenities. Take a ride on nearby trails with brand-new GT mountain bikes or relax on the back deck & watch beautiful sunsets over the Great Salt Lake.

The spacious great room/dining/kitchen area is bright and large but feels cozy for your group.

The front room doubles as a relaxing space to watch TV or can be closed off as an additional bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized sofa sleeper.

The theater room, pool table, and bar area downstairs with the connected “gathering room” provides a fun area for everyone to enjoy movies, games, and snacks.
