A peaceful abode with adventure and entertainment nearby!
Just 30 minutes from the airport, this house has alot to offer. Enjoy ease of access to multiple sources of entertainment, hiking, the lake, skiing, movies, golf, Pony Express National Historic Trail, Old hippy art headquarters, restaurants, bars, bowling and grocery stores. There's a nice walking trail behind the home. Great for students, traveling workers or vacationers. Enjoy a family room, a kitchen and a full bathroom. Separate entrance!
I have stayed in a lot of rental properties. This one is far and above the best. The location is handy to get to. The house is nicely stocked with big soft towels, enough stuff in the kitchen to cook for a week. The host is very communicative. Checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The space looks nicely, remodeled with hardwood floors throughout. We will definitely be staying here next time we come back.

This is a basement converted to a rental apartment. There is potential, however all of the furniture is very used, broken, and/or not suitable for the space. There was only a fitted sheet and a blanket on each bed (no top sheet). The towels were fit for washing the car. There was a very smelly rag on the kitchen sink, drywall dust on the floor along every wall, and the toilet was not clean. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the shower is very difficult to use, as the sprayer hits your midsection unless you hold it in one hand. The fire extinguisher was missing, but the bracket was perfectly placed to potentially cut or rip clothing. There were no hangers or dressers, and the master bed is shoved in the corner so your partner has to crawl over you to get out. There were TV’s in every room, although not hooked up. We did find a Roku and hooked it up ourselves, so that was nice. Overall, we see the potential, but it was not ready for paying guests at this point. We stayed 1 of our 3 nights and moved to a hotel. We did leave a small frying pan since there were only pots to cook in.
