We have installed a security camera for front porch to ensure the maximum safety of our guests.



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. If you are bringing a pet, please keep them off the bedding and furniture. Any extra cleaning fees we receive will be passed to pet owner.



★ FIRE SAFETY ★

We have provided a fire blanket, located under the kitchen, for your safety. We have also provided a fire extinguisher, located in the laundry room.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Thank you very much for your understanding.



★ GUEST IDENTIFICATION & CONTACT REQUIREMENT★



For safety, security, and insurance purposes, we require identification and contact information for all adult guests. Within 12 hours of making a reservation (or during the booking request if not using Instant Book), guests must provide:

• A clear photo of a valid government-issued photo ID for each adult guest (18+)

• A working mobile phone number for the primary guest

*Children are exempt from the ID requirement. (Reservations may be declined or canceled if this information is not provided within the required timeframe). Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our home secure.



This policy helps us:

★For Stays over 29 nights★

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.



Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. **Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.
