It’s located only 40 minutes from LIBERIA international airport. The home is perfect for families and remote working. It’s only a 6 minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to shopping, restaurants and the many activities of Playas Del Coco. The home has Fibre Optic wifi and all the amenities you’ll need.

The space
This home has everything you will need for a comfortable relaxing stay. You will enter to a gated drive in area with parking for up to 3 cars with a covered car port and walkway to the entrance.
We have on the top floor, two bedrooms. The first is a large main, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a large north facing balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The room has a closet, king size bed and ensuite with walk in shower, two sinks, a separate soaking tub, and closet. Also on the top floor is a smaller bedroom. It has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to a small north facing balcony with ocean view. The room has two beds which can be made into one King size, and a small bright 3 piece ensuite with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
Downstairs on the main floor is another comfortable bedroom again with floor to ceiling north facing sliding glass doors, a king bed, large closet, and small 3 piece ensuite with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Fourth room has a Queen Murphy bed with a desk, easily converted to an office. There is a large bathroom right across with walk-in shower bathtub and sink.
Also on the main floor is a spacious open concept, kitchen, and dining area with a small step down to the living room area. The north facing wall is floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open up to a walk out deck and swimming pool, all facing the nearby ocean, and Ocotal beach.
The east side doors walk out to a large covered patio with a dining table and beautiful multi functional bbq/outdoor kitchen and large lawn. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with storage. Lots of space to enjoy, inside and out!
