This tastefully furnished condo features 2 bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and modern appliances. Enjoy high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Amenities include a pool, and lush green surroundings. Ideal for professionals and small families. Conveniently located near Baylor Medical Center and DFW Airport with easy access to HWY 183 & 161. Review the 'OTHER THINGS TO NOTE' section.

Other Things to Note
IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.

Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed.
