Newport Rental

Beautiful & clean and easy check in. Only thing that would have made it better would have been ceiling fans and/or screens in the windows. Very lovely . would highly recommend and certainly stay there again!

Local Getaway with Friends

The property was perfectly situated near town, making it easy to walk everywhere. The property was very clean with two great bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pullout couch that could have accommodated two additional guests. The property was perfect for our group of 3. Washer/dryer and fireplace were a nice added bonus.

Christmas holiday stay in Newport

Booking was very easy, communication and instructions were wonderful. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We made waffles in the morning and watched a movie at night. The location was walkable to delicious restaurants and stores. On our stay we visited “The Breakers” and enjoyed the light show and we also visited the “Rosecliff Mansion. We walked the cliff Trail and took in a sunset at Brenton Point State Park. Our holiday vacation was magical and we would love to stay here again!again

Condo on Thames

Good location. Nicer than the pictures. Definitely hear the people above though. Also, it’s on the busiest street in town. You’d think the first floor unit would have better window covers. You can see in from the street even when the shades are down.

Everything great except the blinds

We loved the property and location. We were however not happy with the transparent blinds in the living room. They did not provide any real privacy. Otherwise, a great experience.

So well set up, and space to relax and surprise my sister on her 50th birthday. Communication with the rental office was so effortless. Any question or request was easily handled. The house was spotless!

Overall great stay

The location was perfect. The unit was also perfect but unlike the picture it does not have a roof deck. The only complaint is that there doesn't seem to be any insulation from the upstairs unit so you hear every movement.

Great location, spacious apartment

The property was in an excellent location. We walked everywhere and didn't need a single Uber all weekend. At one point we blew a fuse and maintenance replied quickly and was over within 15 minutes to have it repaired. Our only complaint was the noise from upstairs neighbors running around upstairs at odd hours but it wasn't enough to deter me from staying here again.

Not worth the $$

We paid for the location. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of kitchen supplies (only one frying pan, no blender, the keurig machine does not work, it says for 6 and there is seating for 5 at the island, there were 7 of us (3 children, 4 adults) but you should at the very least have seats for 6 at the island. The floors were filthy when we arrived. There is no dining room, its an eat in kitchen so change your homeaway listing. There were absolutely no hangers in the entire unit and given the pouring rain we had on Sunday really hard to hang our rain jackets anywhere. There are no towel rods to hang the wet towels in the back middle bedroom bathroom, there were no bath towels to step on 2/3 bathrooms and those tiles are very slippery. The front bathroom and back bathroom left, the toilet roll holder was loose and/or on the floor, none of the tv's in any of the bedrooms worked. They would turn on but you couldn't change the channel. At this price point, we expected a lot more. There should be more kitchen utensils, or you should indicate this is really for people who want some place to sleep, and eat out all of their meals. There were only 4 bowls, 6 dishes, etc. Just super, super disappointing.

Meticulous, modern, & great location

This was our second year renting this property. It truly is a home away from home. All amenities at your finger tips! Spotless eveytime and it's in a perfect location in the heart of Newport. Beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are amazing!

PERFECT!!!

We rented this condo for our daughter's wedding at the Newport Yachting Center. It was lovely and perfectly located right on Thames St within walking distance to everything. Home was immaculate and the layout was perfect for several couples. I would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Newport.
