The owner of the property was always slow to respond on everything. I should have known as I contacted her about Covid cancellation policy due to my granddaughter and daughter being exposed to covid and were suppose to have been with us. She never responded. I waited 3 days to hear from her and then my husband and I decided to still go but then requested to shorten the trip and she did agree to refund for a few days.
Had to request twice to get information to get into the condo. When we finally get to the condo a vehicle is parked in front of the garage and no one to talk to. Texted her and by the time she responded 3 hours later we had found the owner. There isn't any extra parking except outside of the gated complex. Contacted her on numerous things that needed repair. The place needed a good cleaning, middle bathroom was dirty and had hair in it, dried coffee grounds in coffee maker, oven was very dirty, dishes left in dishwasher. I reported all of this to her and not one thing was fixed or anyone sent to clean. Did not receive check out information until 10:45p.m. the night before we were leaving.
There was a very good cookware, a nice selection of seasonings and oils to cook with. Everything available for doing laundry, shampoos, body wash, body lotions, comfortable beds, good wifi, nice heated pool and hot tub.
Also there are only bathrooms on the top floor by the bedrooms, none are on the main floor.
