Come and cozy up with your family or friends in this quaint farmhouse. With 5 bedrooms, the house sleeps up to 10 people. Enjoy the countryside views while sipping a cup of coffee or tea in the sunroom. Spacious driveway with off street parking. Family friendly home with plenty of yard for activities. 15 minute drive to downtown Lancaster city. 20 minute drive to Strasburg Rail Road, Tanger and Rockvale Outlets, Dutch Wonderland, Sight and Sound & Amish country.

Water/ice from refrigerator dispenser is filtered and safe to drink. Sink water has been tested and is safe to consume/use but fridge water is recommended for drinking.

Enjoyed our stay

Very beautiful property in a gorgeous location. Quiet, easy to find, lovely views. We would only recommend more seating in the spacious sunroom, and we were unable to use the back patio because the cushions were wet from recent rain. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend to a friend.

Several years ago my husband and I got married in Lancaster, and absolutely fell in love with the area. Every October since then we return with my family and close friends for a long weekend. In past years, we have stayed in a hotel. But this year we wanted to stay in a house where we could spend more time together. I am so glad I came across this house because it was truly the perfect place to stay. The house is so cozy and welcoming. We really enjoyed the large living room, very comfortable bedrooms, and great outdoor seating area, which was the perfect place to enjoy our morning cups of coffee. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of farm fields. The host was very easy to communicate with and included little touches such as a basket of snacks and k-cups for the coffee machine, which was very thoughtful. The check-in and checkout process was also very easy. Overall, it was a great stay and we are already looking forward to hopefully returning next year as well!

Short but sweet

Talisha was great communicating with me answering all our questions. The house was great accommodating my adult children and grandchildren. We LOVED the big sunroom on the back of the house and we loved how secluded the house was away from everyone. We would definitely book this house again if we were going back to Lancaster. There were some housey things that would have made our stay a bit better. Shades on the windows would be a great addition to the bedrooms especially the bedroom downstairs since the barn light shines right in. Some of my kids said their beds were to soft for comfort. Dressers would have been great upstairs just so you could store your things and oil for the creaky doors to not wake the grandkids would have been useful this weekend lol The closets offered great storage. Just silly things overall nothing that would keep us away.
