Imagine waking up and enjoying a cup of espresso on the front porch as you overlook rolling green pastures with horses and wildlife. Guests are welcome to hike on the property’s wooded trails, go kayaking/ paddle boarding on the small lake adjacent to the house, or enjoy the indoor basketball court. If relaxing is your goal, you can lounge by the pool, or nap on the swingbed. In the evening you can sit by one of the three outdoor fire pit areas and stargaze. Guests can also unwind in the six person hot tub, or relax in one of the homes two sunrooms. The main house is a 4500 sq. ft. Farmhouse style Ranch with three cozy living rooms & ample comfortable seating. The main house features 5 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths all on one floor, so no stairs to hassle with. The master bedroom and bathroom are set apart from the other four bedrooms and bathrooms. All bedrooms feature new linens, memory foam mattress, additional seating and sound machines. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with a double oven, under counter ice maker, full size refrigerator and full size freezer. The two inside dining areas seat 10 to 12 guest each and the adjoining living room features an 85 in. TV, perfect for watching movies. The outdoor pool deck can accommodate your whole group between the dining table and outdoor entertainment area. The lower house level has a ping pong table, foosball table, large tv and comfortable sectional.
The property’s guest house is 1000 sq ft and is the perfect couples retreat with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom with a king bed and large walk- in shower in the bathroom.
