Beacon's Landing is a 2 BR, 1 BA fully renovated home that exudes coastal charm throughout. Located close to Crescent, Wells, and Moody Beaches on the edge of the marsh on a private dead-end road. Enjoy a morning .6 mile walk to the seawall after grabbing a coffee at nearby Bread & Roses. After rinsing off in the outdoor shower following a day at one of the nearby beaches, you can enjoy a barbeque on the oversized deck or compete in the numerous (supplied) lawn games that can be played on the large front yard or fenced-in back yard. The night would not be complete without a .3 mile walk to the best ice cream parlor in Southern Maine - the legendary Scoop Deck! Pride in ownership abounds throughout. Make this trip one to remember!

We absolutely loved our stay at Karen and Joe's property!! The house was adorable, perfectly clean, beautifully updated and fully stocked with anything we could need. The beds were comfy and the location was great. We loved being within walking distance to coffee and ice cream!! It was a perfect weekend and we can't wait to go back.

Perfect home

We felt so comfortable and at home at this charming beach house. We loved how clean and organized it was the house had games and toys for our kids and was a great location.

Lovely long weekend

We had a wonderful time at this cute little home on our weekend away! It was the perfect little House, very clean , easy access, and close to everything. Karen gave us a super helpful documents with so many options of things to do. Her and Joe were great we can’t wait to go back next year

Beach week

It was an adorable little house with everything you could possibly need! The outdoor shower was my favorite feature. My 11 year old son and his friend really enjoyed the small kayaks at a nearby lake. It was a little slice of heaven for the week and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a house close to the beach.

Amazing place to stay in the Wells/Ogunquit area!

We truly had an amazing time for a week at your home by the sea! We would recommend your place to anyone wanting to vacation in Wells and Ogunquit! Quaint & Cozy Beach Cottage

The cottage is very clean and cozy. It’s a home away from home. We enjoyed having multiple rooms to hang out in and the beds were super clean and comfy. Perfect for an extended stay since there’s a deck and place to grill. Yard games are available and if the weather isn’t great there’s games and books available or kick back on the couch and watch your favorite shows.

Maine Race Weekend

College friends came to support me while I ran a half marathon along the beautiful coast. We had everything we needed in this perfect cottage. Clean, well stocked, not too far away from Ogunquit, close to coffee and yummy scones. We would have walked to the beach nearby, but the race took care of that exercise. I hope to make a return trip next year!

The house was great for our month stay in Wells Maine. Plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. Very quiet with friendly neighbors. Lots of puzzles and games. And the extra tv apps were a big plus.we enjoyed our stay and hope to return again
