The stylish new home is a recent build, featuring large outdoor space with amazing mountain view. You can see the Hollywood sign from your own yard. You will be surrounded by roses, flowers, fruits, and trees, as you work or relax in a sun-filled open space.
The house is in Westlake, Downtown LA area, mins away from the Staples Center, Crypto Arena, Financial District, USC, and Koreatown. 15 min to Universal Studio and 30 mins to LAX.
The Space
ATTN: 30 days minimum stay is required.
500 sq. ft | Private Guesthouse
As soon as you enter the backyard, you will find yourself in an oasis. Walk through the spacious yard, soak in the sun, and follow the stone steps to arrive at your home, designed by a Japanese architect and filled with artistic touches.
Enter through the main entrance or side door, you will step into the epitome of modern living with this open-space house, a cozy and inviting space designed for both comfort and functionality. The space seamlessly combines the living, dining, and sleeping areas, creating an expansive environment flooded with natural light from large, strategically placed windows.
The contemporary decor, featuring clean lines and neutral tones, enhances the sense of spaciousness. Every corner of this house has been meticulously curated to offer a harmonious living experience.
The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary creativity, while a dining table provides the perfect spot for enjoying meals. It comes with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, microwave, fridge, and even a coffee station with the beloved Keurig machine.
The sleeping area boasts a comfortable queen bed adorned with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The large bathroom, enhanced with modern fixtures, smart heated toilet seat, and electric bidet, offers a relaxing retreat.
With amenities such as a Smart TV, high-speed internet, laundry room, and full closet, this home is not just a living space; it's a sophisticated and well-appointed haven for contemporary living.
