The vacation rental was clean.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

This is nice for a couple or up to 4 people. The light fixture over the dining table needs brighter bulbs and one bulb was actually broken off inside the socket. The few dishes/utensils were also dirty, so had to be cleaned before using. There were roach droppings everywhere inside the cabinets; it wasn't like this last year, so needs an extermination done. It also needs kitchen hand towels & heat pads and more bath/hand towels for the bathroom; had to use bath hand towels for the kitchen. The outdoor bbq pit also still had ashes from whomever used it last. The fish light and cleaning table are great, except for needing some work on the leaking water hose end. This is the 2nd year in a row we've stayed here and will probably stay again, so it is nice enough.
