There is a seasonal outdoor pool, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, bocce ball, badminton and more. Inside the clubhouse you will find a year round hot tub, a kitchen area perfect for birthday parties or other special events. There is also a ping pong table, foosball, and a nice large TV with cable. The clubhouse is also where you will find the complimentary washer and dryer for your use during your stay. The condo is a cozy 2 bedroom condo with one bath. The entrance to the condo is up one flight of stairs but once inside everything is on one floor. Both rooms have Q size beds, there kitchen is ready for you to prepare a lite snack or full meal, or BBQ your favorite dinner on the propane BBQ on your deck, which overlooks the swimming pool and Terrell Creek. You just might see some otters swimming in the creek. CC204 is a lovely place to rest relax and rejuvenate.
