This is a great place to stay. The house is clean and comfortable. You are close to everything you need in Noblesville. The neighborhood is quiet. We came for a concert and loved staying here. The host is helpful and very easy to get in touch with. I hope to come back someday.

Very charming home away from home

This is a very cozy property very close To downtown Noblesville. The host had great communication and was very easy to work with. We had an issue with the door lock at 11:30pm and I was terrified that we weren’t going to be able to contact anybody that late. To my surprise, the host called me back right away and fixed the issue in the middle of the night. You really can’t ask for more than that! I definitely recommend staying here.

We regret to say Sasha is one of the guest they did not read the description of our listing nor the checkin instructions and then blaming us for her frustration. We have a main house in the front (which she booked) and another property (guest house) in the back of the main home. Sash did not read our check in instructions (with detailed pictures with arrows on where to park and checkin) and parked in the back of the house where the parking spot belongs to the guests staying the guest house. Then she proceeded to open the lock to the guest house entrance. After she figured she couldn’t get in called us with rude tone asking for a full refund. She said we didn’t have smart lock in the door. Only if she read our checkin instructions she would know she supped to checkin in the front of the home (main house) which has the smart lock. Apparently it’s our fault that she couldn’t follow the step by step checkin instructions. We work hard to make our guest experience is smooth and comfortable when they stay with us. Sometimes there isn’t much we can do in the case of Sasha.
