Please do not leave sliding doors open (patio) while AC is running. Please do not lower AC below 73 degrees F. Please throw trash inside trash bags and dispose outside front door inside valet trash (plastic looking bench) Please throw away any left over/opened food and all trash from bathrooms. Place dirty towels on laundry floor No white towels allowed at pool. Please use colored towels for pool and bring back all towels back from community pool. Everything is inventoried. Ex: If we have missing towels, pillows, accent pillows, kitchen items or linens we will charge for replacement. NO SMOKING ALLOWED: this is a non smoking home and we take pride of its Maintenance and our allergic guests. NO SMOKING near the home. NO SMOKING IN PATIO NO SMOKING IN GARAGE. $500 fee Please dry before coming inside the home and use of fabric chairs. Please eat in dining room, bar or kitchen bar please.
