This modern and spacious Istrian villa is perfect for a quiet vacation and relaxation away from the city crowd. It is located in east Istria, on a large plot of land (5000m2!), which includes a family olive grove, and the view extends to the Učka mountain. It is only 7 km away from the sea. On its 260 m2 surface and two floors, the villa is fully equipped, and the large heated pool of 40 m2 allows enjoyment from early spring to late autumn. In addition to the large open space living area, there are also 4 spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, a laundry room and a playroom for children. The outdoor area is equipped with a barbecue, sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as sports facilities on a large grass field, such as 2 football goals. You will enjoy your stay and make lifetime memories!

Hello there! I'm a proud resident of Labin, nestled in the picturesque region of Istria, Croatia. As a devoted mother of two and the wife of a dedicated lawyer, family is at the center of my life. I find joy in spending quality time with my loved ones, whether it's exploring the beauty of Istria or simply enjoying a cozy evening at home.

I am currently the deouty mayor of Labin. When not on duty, you might find me singing along to my favorite tunes or immersing myself in learning something new.

Living just a mere 10 minutes away from the Villa, I am readily available to assist you whenever needed. With a background in law, it's no surprise that the Villa's name reflects my and my husband's expertise. Rest assured, I'm here to ensure your stay is nothing short of delightful.
