*TOP CORPORATE RETREAT* SUNDANCE LODGE - MOUNTAIN VIEWS

You're in for a treat. At Cuckoo's Nest Lodge, you will enjoy the ultimate Sundance experience. You will walk into a spectacular 3-level mountain villa situated at the base of 12,000 ft. Mount Timpanogos towering above the Sundance Resort. With sleeping accommodations for 14 guests, this mountain home is the perfect size for multiple families, couples retreat, or corporate groups.

The property consists of 3 separate units - The main house offers 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite full baths, 1 half bath off the kitchen, a majestic living room with double stone fireplace, impressive decks with fabulous views of the ski runs and mountains. The master suite on the upper level has its own stone fireplace, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub.

The adjoining guest cottage, or 'tree house', features 2 bedrooms, each with private ensuite bath and balcony.

Lastly, there is a guest suite over the detached garage complete with a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a queen bed. Great views from the bedroom and a little more privacy if anyone is looking to be somewhat detached from the rest of the group.

We get it. Searching for a vacation rental is a daunting task. Let us help. We offer over 20 rental properties in the Sundance area. For starters, we we'll make it easy to find the right property. A quick phone call, email or visit to our website will get the ball rolling. But, it doesn't end there.

We are a professional Vacation Rental Company. So, what does that mean to you? Here's what you can expect from us.

1. BEGINNING TO END GUEST CONVENIENCE
We believe the experience of renting should be as carefree as your vacation. In contrast to renting through a private homeowner, our commitment is to provide a hassle free rental experience from beginning to end.

2. QUALITY PROPERTIES / CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED
No surprises. Our professionally managed properties are required to meet a standard of quality. You will appreciate our attention to detail. And in the rate case a problem arises, we'll fix it. Immediately.

3. CONCIERGE – AT YOUR SERVICE
From the start, you'll know you're in good hands. We can help. From planning and booking your activities to dining reservations and grocery shopping. You won't find these guest services renting through a private homeowner.

4. ON CALL, ON DEMAND - 24 / 7
We are locals who live and work (and play) at Sundance year round. That means we are at your beckoned call whenever a need arises. No figuring it out on you own or chasing down a homeowner in case something goes amiss.

6, ASK A LOCAL
By that, we mean us. The Stewart Family homesteaded and settled the Sundance area over 100 years ago. So we know a thing or two about the area and we'd love to share.

7. SPECIAL OCCASION? - want flowers delivered, or special requests? Just ask

8. VIP SERVICES: Ask us about our private chef and private massage.

9. EVENT SERVICES – Wedding, business retreat or family reunion? We can help.

10. VALUE EQUATION – you may find a lower rate but you won't find a better experience
