Welcome to The Salty Peach, your perfect retreat in the heart of Wilmington, NC! Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this charming studio is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a stylish and peaceful escape.
Unwind in the inviting sitting area after a day of exploring the beach or discovering the vibrant energy of downtown. The well-appointed kitchen is stocked with modern amenities, including coffee pods, creamer, and sugar, so you can start your mornings right. When it’s time to rest, sink into the plush king-size bed and recharge for another day of adventure. The en-suite shower provides a refreshing experience to complete your stay.
Step outside to enjoy the front sitting area, or take a dip in the cowboy pool – a unique and fun way to cool off. While the backyard is a shared space, it’s a welcoming spot where you can relax. My two friendly dogs, Hamilton and Boitano, also share this space, but the guest unit remains pet-free for your comfort.
Conveniently located in the center of town, The Salty Peach offers easy access to both the beach and downtown, just a 10-15 minute drive away. Nearby, you’ll find coffee shops, shopping, and access to the scenic River to Sea Bikeway – perfect for a morning stroll or bike ride.
For your convenience, parking for up to two cars is available in the driveway.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide a valid government ID, and submit a refundable security deposit.
This is a smoke-free and pet-free property.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults. This property is not suitable for infants or children.

The entire house has central heating and air conditioning, though the guest unit does not have separate controls. For added comfort, we provide a space heater, ceiling fan, and portable fan. If adjustments to the central settings are needed, feel free to reach out between 7 AM and 8 PM, and I’ll be happy to help ensure a comfortable stay.
Early Check-in and Late Checkout:
The standard check-in time is 3 PM and the standard checkout time is 10 AM.
We offer early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability) for an additional fee of $15 per half-hour:
Early Check-In: 1:00 – 2:30 PM
Late Check-Out: 10:30 – 11:30 AM
No discounts for 15-minute increments.
If you're interested, let me know in advance, and I’ll confirm availability! Requests are only confirmed once the payment is received and the reservation is updated.
