This fully renovated space can either be combined with the Boho House or rented separately.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided with smart lock door code prior to check in. Please note, this property requires going UPSTAIRS. Guests will have access to the entirety of Boho Carriage House with private entrance and onsite parking for TWO vehicles (tip to tail, not side by side).
Any other vehicles will have to park on the Town Square one block away. Guests will have access to the large backyard and amenities which are shared with the Bohemian House (also available to rent).
The Neighborhood:
Boho Carriage House is located on the town square of historic Fayetteville, Texas which is known for its quaint small-town charm, thriving art community, and unique architecture shaped by early Czech and German settlers. You will still find this influence in Fayetteville today. The town square, anchored by a historic courthouse, provides charming shops, museums, and eateries. Fayetteville is in close proximity to the renowned Round Top antique shops and festivals and is centrally located between Houston and Austin.
Getting Around:
Fayetteville is very walkable from the Boho Carriage House. Guests can park in the (shared) driveway, on the street in front the house, or on the town square where ample parking is available. Round Top, Marburger, and Warrenton are a close 10-15 minute drive.
You'll need a vehicle to get around. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.
Other Things to Note:
- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.
- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.
