Newly renovated home in great location.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly renovated kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, and granite countertop. New carpet on the second floor. King size bed in the master bedroom with a kids' room right next to it. TV in the living room works with wifi. Game room in the basement with table tennis, fossball table, and bord game. Washing machine and dryer available in the basement. 2 parking spots available right behind the house. We have 2 cameras outside of the home.

This is a quiet nabor hood with residential homes around. Great location overall, less than 15 minutes from international airport. 15 minutes from downtown with many restaurants, parks, museums, and sporting stadiums. 20 minutes from Vallyfair, a large amusement park that is open in the summer time. In the winter months we have a lot of activities available also. Skiing, tubing, and snowboarding at Buck Hill. Ice skating at beautiful centennial lakes park in Edina. Southdale Mall 2 miles away with many restaurants and stores for shopping. The Mall of America is only 10 minutes away.

Cozy stay for two families.

This was a great house for our two families to stay. Lots of space in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of attractions. Also love the ping pong table and foosball table that entertained the kids.

Clean and Quiet

This home met all of our expectations and needs. I has available grocery shopping nearby as well as restaurants. Plenty of room for my family to spread out and easy freeway access to downtown. The owner was very prompt with instructions and access information. Great place to stay!

The house is well-located near shops and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and and well-maintained. Nadia was helpful and responsive. The major downside was that there is no bathroom on the 2nd floor, so anyone staying in the main bedroom or side bedroom there needs to descend stairs to go to the bathroom.

Awesome

The location was perfect just minutes away from mall of America. House was very nice and well taken care of and in a nice neighborhood. Owner was very accommodating in making sure our vacation was a blast. Will definitely be using again when we are there.

Very clean with thoughtful amenities

Kitchen was well stocked with new dishes and even some ice cubes already made in the trays. The kids loved the ping pong and foosball table in the fresh smelling basement, no musty odor. Highly recommend!

Family gathering

This place worked out pretty well. We had 6 adults (including my parents) as well as 2 littles. It was very clean and well managed. The lawn was freshly cut b4 we arrived. Lots of storage and and kitchen was adequately equipped. Beds slept decent too!

Comfortable family stay

Clean and comfortable house. We appreciated the a/c in the 1st floor, but 2nd floor was hot. Kitchen is nicely remodeled and well equipped except that it doesn’t have a dishwasher. Large screen tv in livingroom is great for movies. Parking off the alley in back is convenient, but the abundant purple mulberries littered our car and was nearly impossible to avoid stepping on.

Richfield trip

House was clean and well equipped. Four nice size bedrooms, two full baths (note one is on the main floor, 1 in the basement), and a fun game room in the basement. Also two off street parking spots, although there is plenty of street parking. Good location with quick freeway access but also local stores, including a L & B within walking distance.
