Private sunny 1bd/1ba beach bungalow in Midtown Santa Cruz. Spanish style tile, natural wood furniture, small bedroom with queen bed and a daybed/trundle in living room. Kitchenette with full size fridge, xl toaster oven and an induction burner, microwave. Small bathroom with shower. Beautiful sunny private fully fenced patio with umbrella and seating.

Easy street parking, great communication with host, easy check-in and everything accurately advertised. The bed was wonderful and the back patio was perfect for some afternoon reading and lounging. We ended up walking to and eating at our favorite Santa Cruz restaurant. Great location. Great stay.

We came to Santa Cruz to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. The bungalow was perfect for us and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well after our days activities. Barbara responds quickly. It was in a very safe and nice location.

Sweet and comfortable bungalow on a nice street. It had everything we needed for a nice stay and was tastefully decorated. The owner was courteous and communicated well everything we needed to know.

Holiday weekend stay

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and Barbara was very welcoming. Access to the home was easy and convenient and parking was also easy and readily available. It was the perfect place to stay over the holiday weekend.

Lovely Bungalow near UCSC

This bungalow was the perfect place to stay while my daughter toured the campus of UCSC. Barbara is a wonderful host and her home and yard are beautiful. Highly recommend if you’re planning a visit to Santa Cruz,

Perfect spot!

Don’t even bother to keep searching… just book this little place!! Immaculate and conveniently located, this little bungalow was just perfect for a quick weekend mother/daughter get away!! Barbara is a wonderful Host and thought of a lot of little details. The private outdoor patio is wonderful. Would 100% stay here again!!

Goog spot for Santa Cruz or Capitola

This was a nice little bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. There was a good Detroit style pizza place very close that was great. Ubering from here to Capitola was the way to go and cheap. Good, quiet, clean little spot.
