All Beds are True Mattresses, no Daybeds or sleeper sofas.

Family oriented neighborhood, close to Restaurants, shopping, Lake Murray, Riverbanks Zoo, 25 minutes to University of South Carolina’s campus. Fenced Back yard for added safety. All Bedrooms include Smart Tv's. There are exterior security cameras recording 24/7 to provide added safety. Absolutely no cameras located Inside of home. This is not a party House, absolutely no events allowed.

Pleasant home, warm and comfortable beds!

We enjoyed the home. The beds were comfortable. The house is on a street where you can walk a circle that is just about a mile long. We like to walk so that was a big deal for us. Lots of restaurants and stores close by.

Great house

The property was very nice,extremely clean,and easy to get to. My problem was finding out there was an extra charge for insurance when we checked out. I was extremely unhappy with that. I also found it hard to communicate with verbo and e mail the owner. Verbo kept giving me a code the email would not accept. Finally just before ready to be there we got through on app.

Perfect in every way.

We were in town for a funeral, and the host was accommodating. It's a quiet neighborhood, and the property is immaculate.

Beautiful home

The property was beautiful, neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Owners went above and beyond with simple touches like snacks, and decorations. 10/10

Beautiful Home

Couldn’t really tell from the pictures but the house was beautiful, comfortable, and felt at home. Love the snacks for the kids. They had all of the utensils needed to cook & eat with. The only thing was not any trash bags and not a lot of tissue. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. If I was ever out in SC again, I will want to stay here again. Family loved it.

Home Away From Home

We were in town for a few days for a conference and this house was perfect. Conveniently located and in a great neighborhood. The interior was spacious, super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was large and we really felt like we were at home. The backyard was completely fenced in (privacy fence) and was great for the pups. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Michael was very prompt in responding and addressed one small problem we had with the TV connection in a matter of seconds! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient and Safe Stay Near Downtown Columbia

We stayed here for an event we had in downtown Columbia and found it very convenient to reach the city center. The house was very clean and felt safe for my family. I would definitely recommend it.

Very comfy

Clean, quiet and friendly. This place has everything you could want. It is close to downtown Lexington and a short ride to Lake Murray. Beds are very comfortable with TVs in every room. WIFI is great with strong signal. Everything you see in the pictures are true representations of the well equipped home. Great place and great host.
