The home had everything my family needed. It was in a great location for all our day trips and after being out running around all day, the kids absolutely loved the pool. we would definitely stay again.

Sounds like the home struck a good balance for your family, close enough for day trips and comfortable enough to come back to at the end of them. Glad the pool was such a hit with the kids after long days out. Thank you for the kind words. We would love to welcome you back anytime.

Great House!

Elk Pass is a beautiful home with great amenities. The indoor pool, hot tub, spacious decks, large table, and big gathering areas were a hit with our 3 generational family. Customer service was quick when we reported a couple of issues. Would recommend and stay again!

Home is not nearly as remote as it appears in pics. Has lots of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Our family removes shoes out of respect for property - floors were so dirty - all our socks were beyond washable. each bedroom having private bathroom was a definite plus though and common eating area was as well

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Theresa. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the layout, especially having private bathrooms for each bedroom and a spacious common eating area. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance concerns and cleanliness of the floors, as this is not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our team for review and action to ensure improvements moving forward. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under much better circumstances.
