The Space:
Enjoy a comfortable and functional stay in our apartment, designed to make you feel right at home. With cozy decor, smart design, and excellent value, you'll find everything you need here. Relax in your bedroom with a queen-size bed, enjoy a movie on the sofa bed with a second TV, and cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. You'll also find a full bathroom, washer/dryer, and an unbeatable location.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Ballston neighborhood, its prime location gives it a walkability score of 93, making it a pedestrian paradise. It's also just a few blocks from the Ballston and Virginia Square metro stations, providing easy access to public transportation.

Ballston is a dynamic, urban neighborhood located at the western end of the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor. It is a major transportation hub and home to one of the largest concentrations of scientific research institutes and development agencies in the country, including DARPA and the Office of Naval Research.

Ballston residents enjoy a wide range of amenities, including office and residential buildings, hotels, shops, restaurants, and attractive open spaces. The area is known for its innovative atmosphere and its combination of modernity with quiet residential areas adorned with parks.

Getting Around:
Prime location with excellent public transportation options, making it easy to get around Arlington and to Washington, D.C.

Metro:

Virginia Square-GMU Station: Located approximately 300 meters away (a 4-minute walk), this station is served by the Washington Metro's Orange and Silver lines, offering quick connections to downtown Washington, D.C., and other surrounding areas.

Ballston-MU Station: Located approximately half a mile away (approximately a 10-minute walk), it is also accessible and offers similar services to the Virginia Square-GMU Station.

Buses:

Arlington Transit (ART): ART Route 41 connects Columbia Pike with Ballston and Courthouse. This route is ideal for local travel within Arlington.

Metrobus: Several Metrobus routes operate nearby, offering additional connections within Arlington and to Washington, D.C.

We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation.

The pool is only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a extra supplement

We do not provide bath towels.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.

To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
