When you reached out about the toilet, I contacted our maintenance team and attempted to coordinate with you and your family to have them come out and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach you by phone to confirm it was okay for our plumber to come into the home. The toilet has been reset by a professional plumber and he arrived within 15 minutes of your checkout. Regarding supplies, we provide a fully stocked house and if anything is missing, I encourage all of our guests to contact us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the matter whether it’s bringing out a few rolls of toilet paper or providing maintenance during a stay. Regarding trash pickup, we do host larger groups and our waste management company only comes out once a week which is out of our control, but we do appreciate the feedback and will lobby to see if we can get an additional pickup to ensure this issue does not persist for future guests. Finally, we do indicate that off street parking and private parking in the alley are available, but I understand the confusion and frustration after being on the road for 1,800 miles. We hope that you enjoyed your visit to the southwest and hope that you give future hosts an opportunity to resolve issues and answer your questions before providing a negative review.
