124 Swedes St. - Stunning new construction in middle of Dewey Beach! Be among the first to rent this beautiful new home as you will not find a better rental option in 2025.
Coming through the front door you'll immediately be greeted with high end finishes and open floor plan that will instantly make you feel like your on vacation.
On the second floor you'll find the first of 2 primary suites as well as 2 additional generously sized bedrooms that share a hall bath. One of these bedrooms has it's own private deck.
The third floor provides a large primary suite with smart TV, desk, and king size bed. You'll also have plenty of space to spread out in this home as the owner has provided an additional sitting/media room on this level.
Not only do you get to spend your vacation in a brand home, but you're less than 2 blocks to the beach and walking distance to everything Dewey has to offer.
