This spacious, airy and bright 2 story condo is just steps away from the white sandy shores of Lipoa Beach and is walking distance to a number of wonderful shops and restaurants, plus only a 1 minute walk to the supermarket.
Kihei Garden Estates #D-203 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit Loft Style on the second floor. The master bedroom is an upstairs loft with split system A/C, a ceiling fan, Super Comfortable Memory Foam King bed, and full en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has window AC, a ceiling fan, Queen Memory Foam Bed, and a flat-screen TV. There is split system A/C in the living room, along with a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and a Queen pull out Sofa. Unit has a fully-equipped kitchen and in addition to the dining area, there is a large lanai for outdoor dining. There is a laundry room conveniently located just downstairs from the unit entry with coin-operated washer & dryer. Free Wifi and parking. For outdoor activities, Kihei Garden Estates #D-203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps maximum of 6.
Kihei Garden Estates has just 84-units and our impeccably kept grounds feature an impressive array of native tropical plants and flowers. Come enjoy the serenity of this wonderful location – sunsets from the beach across the street are unforgettable! Times Market for all your grocery needs is around the corner, and next door is the Azeka Mall with a variety of delicious restaurants, shops and shave ice!

Kihei is my favorite town, its always sunny skies and very little rain. We have wonderful beaches, great food and that laid back Maui lifestyle.

The complex is very lush and quiet. Everyone walks with their beach chairs across the street to the beach to watch epic sunsets and whales breaching. I love the convenience of walking to the grocery store, restaurants and shops.
