I was visiting for a week and enjoyed this stay. Good location because everything is close by. The host was really nice and informative before, during and after check-in/check-out. Response time on any questions or concerns were almost immediate. The unit had everything you could need for your stay in case you forgot something. I appreciate that the photos matched in person and how clean everything was. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Marlena was an amazing host, she was very attentive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The property was clean and had all the accommodations that I needed for my two week stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood and tucked away off the main road. Accessing Bragg at any time was an ease. I definitely recommend this place!

The property was very well organized and clean. The only problem we had was with the people in the apartment next to us. They were very rowdy and loud. My sister and my niece weren’t able to sleep for two days cause they kept partying. I did reach out to the owner and she was supposed to take care of this with the property manager, but I’m not sure what really happened. This is no fault to the owner of apartment. I’m just mentioning this because if you want some quiet time and rest time you will not being able to get it because they were young and partying and rowdy.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The home was very clean, upgraded, and furnished comfortably. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. She left a guest book with all kinds of information about the home and nearby activities. I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was super quiet. You can’t beat the pricing either. Having a first level 2 bed and 2 bath with full kitchen, clean, beautiful, and comfortable at an affordable rate made it a no brainer make the reservation. I would have not been able to have such a nice place for the price anywhere else. I would highly recommend and if I do go back, I will be staying here.

Pleasantly surprised!

I found the property to be exceptionally clean and accommodating. The check in and out process was easy and efficient. Anything that was needed was easy to find. The manager has done an excellent job with this property.

Great Stay

The place was great and neighborhood is very quiet. I was very pleased when walking into the unit. The only issues were the mattress (in the bedroom with the door leading to the outside) was a little uncomfortable and the shrubs leading to the front door could be cut down some. However, overall is was great! Walmart, Walgreens, Dunkin, Dollar Tree, and a community grocery with great fruit are close by.

First, I will say the property manager, Marlena, was great. We had several issues that she was quick to respond and handle. The apartment itself was clean and nice. The kitchen could use some new cooking pots and pans. We were not able to cook due to the pans being scratched horribly. If you intend to cook during your stay, bring everything you need from salt and pepper to the main course. The kitchen does have the basic utensils, flatware, cups and dishes. The first three days of our stay was difficult because of the apartment smelling of marijuana. Marlena reported it to the complex management and put in an ozone purifier in the apartment to help clean the air. After three days we no longer noticed the smell inside or outside of the apartment. This was of course out of her control but it does affect your stay. Keep in mind this is an apartment so you will hear people “walking.” The outside of the apartment does not reflect the inside. Again, the inside was very clean and nice. Marlena was great and check in was easy.

You can't judge a book by it's cover!

I was a little concerned pulling up to the apartment complex. It looked a little run down outside. The neighbors were super nice, though. The apartment complex next door was having a DV issue early the next morning before 6 AM when we were leaving. We called the police because a woman was screaming HELP ME!The inside was beautiful and well-maintained. I did unplug the scented wall thing and put it back before we left because of my allergies. It was great!! We weren't there for long. But it was nice. Thank you!!
