The Space:
The open living area includes a Smart TV, a Sonos sound system, and opens onto an extensive private balcony. This space is connected to a chef's kitchen featuring top-brand appliances and complimentary premium coffee.

There are two queen bedrooms, both outfitted with extremely comfortable mattresses for a great night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom uses the separate full bathroom in the hall.

For added flexibility, we provide a sleep kit with earplugs and eye masks, a rollaway bed for an additional guest, and a Pack & Play upon request.

As a guest, you’ll have access to 30,000 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor amenities:

- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $1000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Please review our house rules before booking.

- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!

- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies. For more details, please contact us directly. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay.

- Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM.
