Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Your secure door code will be sent at 11:00 AM on your arrival day and will only be active for the duration of your stay.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out: To guarantee arrival before 3:00 PM, please book the preceding night. We cannot accommodate any late check-outs.
Luggage Drop-off: For safety and scheduling reasons, we cannot accommodate luggage drop-off.
Child Safety: Please be mindful that the home is not child-proofed. We do not supply baby gear but can recommend a local rental service.
Cancellation Policy: We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen delays, cancellations, or interruptions.
Accessibility: Please note that stairs may be required to access the unit if the elevator is out of service in an emergency.
