"FARMER'S MARKET" Lodge Room 102 - LYDIA MOUNTAIN LODGE is the Hub of all things Lydia! We currently offer Unique Rooms - each with a Nostalgic Theme built to match your personality!

"Farmer's Market" (MAIN FLOOR - PETS ALLOWED) features a Queen size bed with a full tub shower bathroom and a private balcony. Equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and a single cup coffee maker.   Enjoy the Over-the-Mountain Sunrise Views from the Balcony!  Cozy up by the wood burning fireplace in the beautiful Mezzanine and get some much needed relaxation or meander down to Bearrr Appetit Restaurant in the lower level of Lydia Mountain Lodge for farm-to-table dining with spectacular mountain views!

Enjoy the local Farmers Market nearby in the scenic small town of Stanardsville, Virginia.  Feel Alive when taking a long hike with your dog or just simply spending time outdoors appreciating the Beauty of Lydia Mountain with your family.  Feel free to Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace in the beautiful mezzanine and get some much-needed relaxation!  HAPPINESS is a Trip to the "FARMERS MARKET" at Lydia Mountain Lodge.

Amazing!

The drive up to the lodge was beautiful. We passed the chickens and goats on the way. The grounds are vast, creating a quiet, enchanting atmosphere. We were reserved for a 2nd floor room but requested a change to 1st floor after we arrived. The office was closed but there was an after hours number we could call. They switched our room without any problem and the staff (Tina, I think?) was so pleasant and accommodating. Our room was SPOTLESS and so well decorated, we felt like we hit the jackpot. Check in and check out was electronic, so very easy, not time consuming at all. We loved our stay so much, we're worried no other place on our trip will quite measure up. We started with the best!!

Beautiful!

We loved the views from the rear patio area while dining and enjoying wine in the evenings. It was a wonderful stay for a few days celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We definitely plan to return again!

Perfect Peaceful Stay

My husband and I stayed here after hiking in Shenandoah for the day. Beautiful property back in the woods/country. Our room had a beautiful view especially in the morning with the sunrise. Loved sitting outside in the morning. Would definitely stay here again- maybe at one of the cabins with our kids.

Wonderful view, wonderful room, wonderful visit.

We had a wonderful stay. We ate breakfast the two days we were there and it was delicious. The room was just what we expected and the view in the morning was beautiful. Thank you for a great visit.

Back door was not locked on arrival. Safety concern with back porch open for others to walk through. Noise at night, late, very loud. Road conditions - Need 2 lanes. Safety concern. Do not share publicly. Ty!
