Enjoy this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with a clean backyard and new amenities! Built in late 2021, this home features a huge open concept living room and kitchen with top-notch appliances, and a mother-in-law bed-bath downstairs. Upstairs, enjoy a massive master bedroom with closet, bathroom with large soaker tub and dual showerhead shower, plus 3 other bedrooms and a bonus office room. Property is pet friendly. Two car garage with EV charging capability. A couple blocks away from the walking/biking Bayshore path, or in the opposite direction, a brand new Publix grocery store and Target complex. Hop on the Gandy Blvd and arrive to the closest beach 5 minutes away, or drive a little further to St. Pete or Clearwater. Bayshore Blvd. takes you to Soho, Hyde Park, or downtown with ease. *Current photos show cribs in bedrooms, but updated photos with proper bedroom layouts will be provided soon!* Stays longer than 30 days will require guest to pay utilities and possible rental agreement.

Hi, my name is Dilan and though I'm originally from the West Coast, I moved to Tampa with my family a few years ago and love this area. I love music, traveling, fitness and health, and spending time with my family. I've traveled to over 40 countries and speak Spanish and Sinhalese, so hosting is fun for me because I've been a guest in many places myself!
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Family friendly, relatively quiet, but close to a lot of things, including Bayshore walking/bike path, a new grocery store with a Target nearby, and Soho, Hyde Park, and downtown are a quick drive away. We go to the South Tampa YMCA often, and we also visit Gandy Beach with our dog. This neighborhood is great for people who want to be close to things but have a home environment with a ton of space.

It's a pretty new build so everything is updated. We religiously have had this house cleaned ever since I've owned the property so it's been maintained well. I had the backyard updated with astroturf to eliminate critters and ensure it drains perfectly when we get heavy Florida rains. It's a ton of space so if spreading out is important to you or having extra office space or bedrooms, you'll enjoy this house.
