Admire the San Salvador Skyline from the Rooftop Terrace and lounge area. Relax with the whole family, in a comfortable new and ideal place with 24 hour security. Located in an excellent area central to shopping malls, clinics, pharmacies, restaurants of all kinds, spas, bars, parks etc. All rooms have air conditioning, high quality memory foam mattresses, Wifi, smart Tv's, hot water heater and fully equipped all throughout to make locals feel on vacation and foreigners at home. This beautiful apartment offers 2 rooms with queen beds and a sofa queen bed in the living room. The third room is strictly off limits and not part of the Airbnb reservation. It can be open and available for an additional cost. This room is the owners preferred living quarters / office when visiting the country. You have access to the 2 bedrooms queens, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, terrace. The 11th floor roof top lounge, and open areas are available for usage until 10pm. No parties or loud gatherings are to be organized without additional payment or reservation.
