This stylish studio apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide a cosy retreat. The open layout maximizes space, creating a seamless flow between the living, dining, and sleeping areas. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, perfect for whipping up a quick meal or preparing your morning coffee. Unwind in the comfortable queen-sized bed, adorned with Key Views quality linens and plush pillows. A good night's sleep is guaranteed, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day. The bathroom is fitted with Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities which will leave you smelling great all day.
The building also features a refreshing pool, fitness centre, Badminton and tennis courts, and a jogging track.
The building also provides easy access to public transportation, making it a breeze to explore all that Dubai has to offer.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
