Not what I expected

Not sure what to say. Everything was just a little less nice than I had pictured it. The local area was grittier, the stairs were steeper, the secondary bedrooms were way less nice than the master bedroom suite, the kitchen table was smaller, and having 4 cars on one long driveway created more stress than I thought it would. That said, we had no big problems so it was okay. The new app is not as good for communication with hosts as the old one was but the host was very responsive when we had a housekeeping issue. It was fixed almost immediately even though it was past 9 pm. So service was excellent.

Surprise Birthday group

Based on description of home and provided pictures, this booking seemed perfect for our party of 7. Site listed "could sleep 11". However the dining table could only seat 4. Heat in front of home was fine but rear of house (bedroom/bath) was much colder. (Had to keep hairdryer on high for extended period of time just to try and warm up the room. Pictures displayed on site did not match with what furniture was actually there. We discovered a recent real estate site of homes for sale where same pictures as seen on VRBO were shown. Therefore the listing is definitely misleading and doesn't accurately provide necessary information. The host was difficult to contact and was not professional or helpful on addressing or concerns and needs. We needed to secure additional seating and table in order to dine, as well as to continue entertaining for our surprise birthday party. Very frustrating and disappointing. Do not recommend using this host's home.Very disappointed from vents.

Great space!

Lots of room. Nice bathrooms. Nice porch. Close to town. Friendly neighbors. Plenty of parking, not on the roadway. Historical house with nice modern updates.

50th HS reunion

Thank you for sharing your wonderful house. We had a marvelous time. The house is conveniently located and has generous off street parking. It’s newly redone, has a great kitchen and the large main area was great for hanging out and visiting. It’s a great place.

Great House!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful with plenty of space. Great layout for larger groups. Cute coffee shops around the corner. Loved the architecture of the nearby homes. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to town.

Prime location

This house was very spacious and close to the TQL stadium as well as the Cincinnati zoo. We stayed there to visit both places and had a great time. The house had a lot of new updates and was very clean. It was also well lit on the outside. 5 stars!

Exceeeding Expectations

When booking accommodations online without physically seeing the property , you really don’t know what to expect. This property not only met our expectations, it exceeded them. Home was ultra clean and with plenty of space for everyone, bathrooms were great, and the linens on the beds were fantastic. The home was very well lit with numerous can lights. Only suggestion would be some lamps on the nightstands. Overall, the property served our needs beautifully and will book again when back in Cincinnati.
