This place was phenomenal! It was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We had a large group and felt safe the entire time. The owners were great with communicating and added several amenities, including white noise machines in the bedroom and outdoor games! It easily fit our group of 8! We will definitely stay here again.!

Weekend family trip

My wife and I took our children and grandchildren to Cincinnati for the weekend to go to the Newport aquarium and Cincinnati zoo. This house was in a great location to do that. We had 7 adults and three young children and the house worked great to accommodate all of us..The house listing was just as described and communication was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place!

We were in town for a concert. This house is very nice! Clean, spacious, updated. Only stayed a couple of nights and did not get to use the very nice outdoor area because the heat index was over 100. Great pre stay instructions/communication. If we ever need to stay in the area again would definitely stay here again. Lots of stairs but that was not much of an issue for our group.

Graduation Stay

Our family stayed here for Xavier University graduation weekend. The house was conveniently located. The area was nice with a variety of restaurants. The owners were very friendly and available for any of our concerns. I would stay here again.

Great Location

The home, porch, and backyard were wonderful. We liked the spacious dining room and the backyard. The only issue was an uninvited mouse that showed up the night before we left.

Fort Mitchell Golf Club

This was a great house accommodated 7 guys no problem easy access. Perfect on this side of the bridge. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Gem in River Town

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, convenient, and well appointed. Having used VRBO properties in various states, I have to give this property an A-plus rating. The only negatives are no bathroom on 1st floor and tanks for outside gas firepit were empty. I would recommend this place.

Wonderful place to stay

The property is very spacious and comfortable, I would not have chosen a better place to spend time with the family, they have games for children and adults, highly recommended.

We came out for a Bengals game as part of our annual football stadium tour & couldn’t have been happier with this house & location! Perfect distance to everything we needed/wanted. House was clean, great space & great communication from hosts/management. Highly recommend

Girls trip!

Stayed here for a girls trip. We loved it as soon as we walked into the back yard it had a great outdoor space. The inside of the house was so nice and spacious for our group of 5. We loved the decor and all the amenities the house offered. The beds were super comfortable. The house is walking distance to a cute coffee/bookstore around the corner and also to restaurants down the street. Its close to Newport on the Levee and a quick drive over the bridge to Cincinnati. Maria the property manager was so accommodating and easy to get a hold. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet spot with lots of privacy

The backyard was a wonderful space to relax and hangout with everyone. The stained glass and interior really made the house feel homey and livable. I would stay here again!

awesome property!!

Great stay in Dayton, Kentucky for a holiday weekend. So close to Cincinnati and easy access to city. Charming neighborhood of Bellvue was blocks away. The house is really really nice and very accurate to the pictures. Very roomy for our family of 7 (all adults). The kitchen is great and is truly well appointed with flatware, plates, cooking needs and many extra niceties. Beds were comfortable and bath towels very nice as well. Great job making this home a really really nice getaway for us.

Great place. Close to a lot in to do. Ran out of propane for grill. Should get reimbursed. Bed on second floor not a queen. Spotlight out back annoying at night.

Couldn't stay because I didn't realized it was 4 bedroom 2 bathroom on three floors. My wife has health issues and can't do a lot of stairs. We contacted representative but were denied any refund at all so we just paid all that money for nothing

This is a very well kept property.nice neighborhood. Nearby lots of places. Literally - our home away from home! Felt so comfortable and at ease. Generous furnishings. This place met all our needs and then some!

Taylor concert weekend

Great updated interior space for our group of 8. Owners were so helpful & available. Location is by cute Little downs with shops & restaurants. Great place to stay for a concert or event at Cincinnati stadiums. Highly suggest this house!
