The heart of the property is the expansive courtyard, featuring a shimmering saltwater pool with a tanning ledge and a relaxing hot tub, surrounded by lounge chairs and fringed umbrellas.



The property consists of a private main house and five additional suites:



**The Private House:**

* Features a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area.

* Includes three elegant bedrooms.

* The primary suite boasts a lavish ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the tranquil courtyard.



**Five Guest Suites:**

* Each suite is a private sanctuary with plush bedding, intricate tapestries, and earthy tones.

* Some suites are equipped with kitchenettes or laundry rooms for added convenience.



**Property Amenities:**

* Community Room with a second, state-of-the-art kitchen.

* Fully equipped Fitness Room.

* Large outdoor BBQ grill and fire pit.

* Spacious covered outdoor living area with dining for 10.

* Keurig and drip coffee makers are available for your use.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire property for the utmost privacy. A seamless self check-in process provides entry to your retreat.

Other Things to Note:

* **Independent Experience:** The Yucca operates without on-site staff. Additional services like mid-stay cleanings can be ordered online for a fee.

* **Verification Process:** After booking, you will receive instructions to complete a booking agreement and ID verification via a separate platform called SuiteOp.

* **Coffee:** We provide Keurig and drip coffee makers, but please note that coffee is not provided.

* **Additional Services (Fees Apply):** Please inquire for details and pricing. Services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

* **Pool & Spa Heating:** Pool heating is available for $99/night (2-night minimum). Spa heating is complimentary.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $99 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Pet Fee:** A fee of $75 per pet applies.

* **Event Services:** We can assist with chef services and event planning.

* **Daily Housekeeping:** Daily dishwashing and kitchen cleanup services are available.

* **Cancellation Policy:** We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. Our policy is firm:

* **100% Refund:** For cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* **50% Refund:** For cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* **No Refund:** For cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
