View of Pool, Ground Floor Condo, close to beach with AC in living room. Easy walk to some of Mauis BEST beaches. The pool area is located right out side our unit. Kitchen is stocked and has a gas stove and all the things you need to make Just about any meal. Cozy King size bed and great linens for a good night sleep or to relax and watch tv. EASY walk to snorkeling, boogie boarding or a walk on the beach to watch the sunset, turtles swim and the whales jump.(seriously I've seen it!) Some of the best beaches for snorkeling or boogey boarding are at Charley Young and Kamaole 1. The Surf Cove is good for beginner surfing or paddle boarding and its just a short walk Away! Secure Free WiFi and cable for those of you that have to do some work while on vacation, or if you the need to stay connected! Free parking right out side the unit. The Palm foliage and pool view by the lanai adds to that tropical feel with filtered light, oh so Hawaii.. There's so much more than that to offer, I highly suggest coming to Maui and staying at this fabulous one bedroom condo, find out for yourself how great it is to stay here! AC in living room and fans where needed.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this home! It was well kept, had all the essentials, and even offered beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. A 5 min walk to the beach made for some great sunset watching. And the neighboring stores and restaurants were a great bonus. Would recommend staying at this location, the host was easy to communicate with and offered some great recommendations too for the area!

Great location that is quiet and private

I would most definitely stay here again. The pictures do not do justice to how cozy and nice this place is. Karen and Ivanka were extremely nice and very helpful! I had an easy time getting around Kihei with how close this property was to everything and beautiful place to come back to after exploring.

The condo is stocked with everything you need to make the place feel like home. Location is perfect with so many beautiful beaches and restaurants/shops nearby to walk to and enjoy. The pool is just steps from the back door. The complex is very well maintained and kept very clean. Host and neighbor that helps with the property were both very friendly and available for your needs. Looking forward to our return.

Everything about this space was perfect from the thoughtful extras provided, location to beaches and shops as well as cleanliness and communication with the owners. The pool was wonderful! Everything about our stay here was amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

Great place

The condo was perfect for me and my boyfriend. We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed every second. It is a short distance from many shops and food spots, along with a short walk to the beach. We would stay again.

Great location with all the amenities

We had a lovely stay and would book this place again. The location was great, the place was clean and stocked with all the things we needed to be comfortable. The pool was very clean and the grounds keepers were really pleasant. The hosts were wonderful and communicated promptly and clearly.

Perfect for a girls trip to Maui

My friends and I stayed at Karen and Andrew’s place for a girls trip to Maui, and we had a great time. Checking in and out was easy. Communication was excellent. Condo was clean, and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We loved our stay! Definitely recommend, and can’t wait to come back.

Cozy Condo

Had a wonderful stay with my husband on our honeymoon. The condo was clean, cozy, and was located in a great area of Kihei, close to all the food trucks. King bed was extremely comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and went over above and beyond to make our stay special 100% recommend staying here

Perfect holiday

Recently renovated, beautifully appointed ground floor condominium on a quiet back street a short walking distance from beautiful beaches and multiple dining options. Pool and grounds are immaculately maintained. We enjoyed every minute.

Lovely little spot

We loved staying here. The location is great (short walk to cafes/food options and the beach). The condo is really cute and had everything we needed for our stay. The host is very responsive and gave us personalized recommendations. Would come again!

Great stay!

My sister and I had a great stay! We loved that the property had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc. The convenient parking spot was great, and we loved being able to sit out on the lanai with the view of the pool. Within walking distance to the beach and lots of great food trucks and restaurants. We’d love to stay again in the future!

A wonderful place to call home

We absolutely loved this place. You’re never too far from anything in Kihei, and almost everything was less than 10 minutes away unless we were heading inland. The owners were very communicative whenever we reached out, and we would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Best location, sweetest home!

My husband and I enjoyed this little home for 5 wonderful days. The location cannot be beat—it’s in such a great spot, with amazing eateries in both directions. Only 30 min drive to the start of Road to Hana, and a beautiful scenic drive to the west. The apartment had everything we needed and more!! Appreciated to the beach gear so much. Mahalo and Aloha!

Kihei having local flair and being on the dry side makes it our favorite location on Maui, Plus we wanted a small complex.. The bonus was the solar power and its close to our favorite beaches and restaurants.. When we saw this property come on the market we had to figure out how to buy it! It was the exact spot we wanted, ground unit so we could have easy access to the pool. Westerly facing so we could enjoy the sun as long as possible, plus a little privacy with beautiful foliage by the lanai, exactly what we wanted!! Plus less than a 5 minute walk to our favorite beaches!! It was perfect, it needed to be remodeled and we wanted to make it our own! New kitchen, floors, furniture, almost everything is new or has been redone! Lots of hard work, but we couldn't be happier with it, we hope you will be too..

One of the many things we love about our condo, is the easy access to the pool from the lanai.. It's a ground floor unit which seems to keep it cooler.. We try to have 2 boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and cooler, for a little beach time.. We also TRY and keep herbs and spices there for cooking as well as sugar, oil, plastic bags so it's easy for you to show up and not have to spend a fortune setting up the kitchen for a few days.. We supply soap for washing clothes, plus small bars of soap for the shower, shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer.
Close to snorkeling beach and surfing.
