OCCUPANCY: Front Door will grant easiest access to the apartment as well. This unit allows 3 overnight guest. In compliance with city regulations, there cannot be more than 4 people inside the unit at any time. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guest are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. Absolutely NO SMOKING.
