We have stayed in several vacation rentals in the past few years using VRBO. This property was by far one of our most favorites. It was so clean and so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking gadgets. This home highly exceeded our expectations. We wish we could have stayed longer. If we make it out that way again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The location is very nice, you’re pretty close the the base of a mountain and have great views. I liked how the room set up was with two bedrooms at opposite ends of the house, each with its own bathroom. It made it more private with the other guest with us. It was super clean and had all the amenities we would need to cook food. The host was very helpful - we had a question and had a quick response. Loved the stay, would definitely stay again.

Overall, considering there are not many options when you visit Sand Dunes National Park, we were comfortable and felt safe. When we arrived, the walkway to the front was covered in bushes so we stepped over the beam to get to the door. It was 89 degrees inside the house and it took an hour to figure out how to work the air conditioner. The host was very patient and we finally figured it out. I am not sure why they did not have it cooled when we arrived. The washer had clothes in it and the dryer was full of clothes stacked up high. Glad we did not need this amenity. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We found most of the dishes in the dishwasher, clean, and found the kitchen to be well supplied. We did eat our meals at the house. We enjoyed our stay even with these few disappointments. The night sky was beautiful the first night and cloudy the next. The town was interesting. All in all, we were happy we found the house and really enjoyed the park.
