You'll be staying in the city's most pleasant neighborhood! You will have access to cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, clothing stores and more. If you want to live with the locals and see Quebecers’ ways, while being a 5-minute walk from the fortifications, this is the place for you!

You will be charmed by this super condo with a mezzanine floor overlooking the kitchen and living room, the greeneries of the terrace on the top roof and its proximity to Old Quebec.

This type of unit is very rare in the old part of the city. A large two-storey unit with private terrace, 2 queen-size beds and 2 sofas that transform into two double beds, it's ideal for groups and families, and can accommodate up to 8 individuals.

Amenities such as the terrace, a full kitchen, washer-dryer, Netflix, games, Nintendo, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, towels, sheets are totally accessible by the guests;You have everything you'd expect in a fully-equipped apartment.

You are near these areas:
The old fortifications which are located in UpTown. This is the neighborhood that all people go to visit. At first, the fortifications were to protect against the English invasion, now it is to keep tourists inside ;) This area is super beautiful, you will love it. On the other hand, it is mainly populated by tourists and visitors from other regions of the province and the country. This is where you can get a t-shirt with the logo “I LOVE QUÉBEC”.
The Faubourg St-Jean-Baptiste which is right next to the fortifications. This is my neighborhood and will be yours during your stay. Even if you don't choose my accommodation, I highly recommend this neighborhood. Here you will live with the locals. St-Jean street will take you directly to Old Quebec, surrounded by its fortifications, a short 10 minutes walk. You will find everything you need without even using your car. You can get around on foot since you will have all the attractions and amenities nearby.

Great place to stay very close to the old Quebec

Loved the place. It's a very nice apartment very close to the heart of Quebec city. There are many stores in proximity and you don't even need a car to go around. Definitely recommend!

Charming cottage feel in the heart of the city

The location was amazing and the apartment was spacious! Wonderful amenities, comfortable beds, and super clean. We loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy great food, coffee, entertainment just a few steps from the front door.

Cute place, plenty of room

Nice place with plenty of room for our family of 6. Location was close to Rue St Jean with shops and restaurants and 15 min walk to Old Quebec. Parking is in garage about 5 min walk away. Would stay again!

Lovely flat

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beds (even the pull out couch!) were all very comfortable. The kitchen and dining area is spacious. Plenty of room for us all to eat and play games. The location was spectacular. Two blocks to Rue Saint-Jean where the food and shopping options are abundant. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful before and during our stay.I would not hesitate to book this vrbo again or recommend it to a friend.

Great location in Quebec City

This property was very conveniently located, walking distance to the Carnaval sites. Layout worked well for our group of 8, but in case it helps with planning - the loft bedroom does not work as a sleeping space for children. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare complete meals. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location for day trips into Quebec City

Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. It was a convenient location for walking into old Quebec City. The decor was perfect for us. The location near Rue Sainte-Jean was great because of all the awesome and diverse cafes, patisseries, restaurants and shops. The close location was easy for the kids to find. Location was clean, well designed for our needs and close to many cool locations. Highly recommended!

Awesome Property!

This place is a gem! Located within walking distance of everything in Old Québec, the property was perfectly clean and exactly as it appeared in the listing pictures. Accurate information was also provided on the parking situation. Extremely quiet - we never heard any noise from the street or the neighbors. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were all comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay there again without hesitation!

Stayed here in the summer with a party of 6 and was blown away! The building itself is gorgeous and kept immaculate inside. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and pillows, and they had lots of linens and towels at our disposal. The kitchen had everything you need, including 2 coffee makers (espresso and large pot). The terrace was equipped with a dining set that made sitting outside for a glass of vino ideal. The views and location were perfect; in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to Old Quebec city! The host was responsive via email and was helpful when needed. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Very spacious

We enjoyed our stay here, we were 3 adults, 2 teens and 1 child.Plenty of room, very clean, close to St-Jean and a 15 minute walk to Old Québec.Only 1 bathroom (a powder room would have been great) but we made do with the 1, also, lots of stairs.Would definitely come back. Host was very quick to reply and answer our questions.Merci Nicolas

Better than we could’ve hoped for!

This place was seriously amazing! My sisters and I stayed here for two nights and we loved it! It has such a cool feel to it and has everything you need for a stay. We enjoyed having a shady balcony in the evenings and lots of lounging space inside as well. If you walk up the hill a block or two you are right on a main food and shopping street and you can follow it all the way over to the more touristy shops too by the citadel. Parking can be tricky because of narrow streets and lots of signs to follow, but we were able to find a spot pretty close. The host was easy to communicate with and we had no issues. Highly recommend, and I hope to return!

Great apartment and host

Parking was tough- especially since there was a snow storm and on-street parking was prohibited. This clearly wasn't the fault of the host though, and he made sure to communicate the parking ban to us. Even without the snow, we struggled to find a spot. Overall recommend! The space was great and host seemed lovely.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre historique mais au calme. La décoration est de très bon goût et il est parfaitement équipé. Le 1er escalier intérieur est plutôt raide.Sa situation géographique permet d'accéder à tous les lieux touristiques à pied bien que la ville soit très vallonnée. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce très bel appartement.

En général c’était bien. Par contre, le stationnement est vraiment difficile dans les rues environnantes. Il y a seulement une salle de bain, pas de salle d’eau. Pas très pratique même si nous étions seulement 3 personnes.
