Beautiful Charleston Style Home on Seabrook- Newly Renovated
Charming Charleston style 4 bedroom, 3 full Bath home on Seabrook Island, set amongst majestic live oaks and palm trees. Wonderful porches on the first and second floors. Sit on the gliding swivel chairs and enjoy the fresh air. The entire second floor has been renovated, as have all 3 bathrooms in the house. Hardwood floors throughout. Master has a luxurious double shower and hand shower. Second floor hall bath has a relaxing rain shower in addition to a standard shower head. Walk to tennis, pools, gym with a large indoor pool, and equestrian center-all within minutes. The Village at Seabrook has our own gated community pool area across the street with 2 private pools, BBQ area, and picnic tables, adjoining beautiful Palmetto Lake. Fish the lake, ride bikes, run or take a nice walk around the lake whenever you feel like it. Drive (10 minutes) or ride bikes to your choice of island beaches. The house has everything you need for a fantastic vacation: Plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, beach towels, boogie boards, and crabbing gear. There are 4 bikes (two adult and two 26 inch mountain bikes good for ages 9-14 or so) for your use. Kitchen has a wide selection of pots, dishes, silverware, bakeware, blender, hand mixer, waffle maker, air fryer/toaster oven, propane grill outside- you will not lack for anything. Living room has a 65 inch Smart TV in main area with cable and streaming over the fireplace* (fireplace is decorative only, not for use). Large selection of board games and puzzles for family time. Large Master with King Bed has a 50 inch Smart TV with cable and streaming. Queen bedroom 2 has a 50 inch streaming Smart TV. Queen bedroom 3 has a queen bed over a twin trundle, with a 55 inch streaming Smart TV. First floor bedroom, ensuite with a pocket door separating the bedroom and bath from the main living area, has a Queen futon with a very comfortable high end mattress, and a 55 inch streaming Smart TV. Washer and Dryer on the second floor. Ground garage level has tons of room should you choose to bring any toys. You are a short drive or a nice bike ride to your choice of the island beaches. Enjoy the beach, golf, tennis, or any of the island’s wonderful amenities, and come back to your own calm oasis in the Village at Seabrook.
We supply dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner.
Amenity card (now provided digitally through an app) is available with this property at an additional cost. Typically, the cost is $55 per day or $315 per week for up to 6 occupants (discounted during off season) and personal charges are tied to a credit card. The Amenity Card gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools, outdoor bar, restaurant, and a beach area), golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, fitness center, and indoor pool). Some of these amenities do have their own fees: such as the restaurants, golf, tennis, fitness center, and the indoor pool. When you book a reservation with us, we send you the information on how to obtain the Amenity Card, as it is obtained directly through Seabrook Island. At least 48 hours notice is required to obtain the card.
**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. There is driveway parking for 3 vehicles.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
NO PETS; NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors at all times throughout your stay. Check-in and checkout during high season is in Saturdays (7 night min.). Please note there may be ongoing construction occurring within our neighborhood.
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to the new rental rate. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guests under the terms of the Rental Agreement. Cancellation policy in described here and in the rental agreement overrides VRBO cancellation policy.
Damage Waiver: We require that renters purchase a $59 damage waiver through VRBO, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
