This property is in a very convenient location near a Whole Foods Market and Cineplex. The beds are THE BEST. We had outstanding sleep on these high quality mattresses and pillows. The host offers secure underground parking with access into the condo building via the elevator very close to the parking spot for the unit. There is also 24 hour concierge to add to security and assistance with package deliveries. The host, Thomas, is particularly attentive - one of the top 5 percent of caring hosts with VRBO in our experience. The kitchen is well-equipped with several types and sizes of pots and pans and baking and cooking supplies. We had a relaxing weekend.

Best place

Very nice condo in the art of Markham. Owner is very nice also communicated very well with the process of checking in and out. Definitely recommend this place.

Cozy and convenient location

We had a wonderful stay at this charming 2 bedroom condo. This location was perfect for a quick family function and getaway. Thomas, the host was responsive and provided all the necessary information before our arrival and accommodating. The space was clean, safe and well-maintained for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay. Would definitely consider returning on our next visit.

Perfect Location

The property was exactly as posted. Central to everything as well as within walking distance to most necessities. Very safe and clean area as well. The condo was very well appointed with lots of room for everyone. The owner was exceptional to work with. Nice to have a comfortable home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

Thomas was very helpful. The condo was extremely comfortable and clean. Excellent restaurants are nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. We are glad to get the underground parking. We would definitely stay there again.

Safe and great location

The place was clean and in a great location. The apartment is highly secured. Thomas and his friend Fornia were very helpful with checkin, checkout and communicated with us as needed.

Great host, convenient location

Our family of four spent a week at this unit and we really enjoyed it. There was plenty of room for us, it was very close to public transportation to downtown, and vehicle traffic was very minimal in the immediate area. Our host, Thomas, was super helpful with suggestions on transportation, shopping and restaurants. He was very responsive and practical. We felt very welcome and got settled down quickly.

Family Reunion in Markham Center

The building itself was secure, clean and very well maintained. The parking garage, lobby and the elevator were bright and clean. And Thomas the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Great condo

Great condo and just as described in posting. Easy access to major freeway. Reserved parking was nice. Thomas was always available to answer questions or provide assistance. Recommend staying at this condo.

We are repeat guests at this property - we love it. The layout is spacious and comfortable and the location is fabulous. Walking distance to shops, multiple restaurants, cinema etc. Also close to the 404. We will be back next year for sure!

Excellent location close to every amenity!

Thomas is an excellent host that has thought of absolutely everything for his guests. He goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious. We had 4 adults staying there for 8 days and we were very comfortable. We had great sleeps on the extremely comfortable beds and cooked full meals in the well stocked kitchen. Thank You Thomas!!

Well maintained, Clean, Modern

Thomas was great. He met us at the property, showed us where to park, gave us a mini tour of the property and answered all of our questions. This is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed at on a vacation. The pictures on the web were accurate, the condo is clean and well maintained. We had a hard time finding things since we are not from the area, but we found this restaurant called Cora's which isn't far from the condo and has amazing food and service.

Great space

Our stay was enjoyable and the building was wonderful - great amenities in the building and close to many restaurants. Only slight downside was when we wanted to watch the hockey game on tv - no live tv (that we could figure out at least), so ended up streaming it from a phone. I’m sure the host would have been helpful but it was late at night when we had the trouble and we didn’t want to bother them.

Highly recommended spot to stay

We were in this unit for 10 days from May 11-21. While it shows some signs of wear, it is nicely laid out. A couple things could use replacing or repair (chair for computer desk, ensuite shower has a water restrictor, dings in walls etc), but overall this is a well-stocked 2 bedroom condo, with a full kitchen on the 4th floor of a fairly new building. Elevator access was great, and there were stairs nearby to the unit. Unit was at the end of a hall, and we noted no real noise from neighbouring units . Notable things to be aware of: * the gym in the building has 2 ellipticals and some bikes, that's it. If you want to do weights, consider buying a pass to the Goodlife fitness (a block away). Also the pool vents into the gym, so it is hot and humid in there. Good if it is raining, but otherwise Goodlife or outside are better choices. * the pool is ...not really a pool. More like a large bathtub. Probably good for kids, but not adults. * parking is underground and can be tight. If you have a car, should be no issue, but larger SUVs and trucks might want to be aware. * there are several restaurants within a block or two, which is convenient if you want to eat out. * the area nearby includes several nice parks with walking paths * People in the area were generally friendly, and at no time did I feel unsafe. Overall excellent place. Will likely try to stay here again in the future!

Home away from home

Property was beautiful, clean and spacious in a very good neighbourhood. It was close to downtown Markham and main roads. I would highly recommend this condo.
