Set up well for quilting, sewing and/or relaxing! Beds nice and comfy, kitchen well stocked, quiet area and close to all the shops. Will definitely be returning!

This really is a great little property. It is low on the "frills" but had everything you need plus some great extras like a milk frother and a broad selection of coffees. Very close to town and easy to get around. Miranda was very helpful through the booking process and the stay.

We loved our stay at this cute little house. It was newly remodeled and very clean and cozy. Having the sewing spaces was cool. We enjoyed our days shopping of course and our evenings relaxing.

Jo's Patch was an excellent stay! Miranda was an amazing host that truly puts the welcome on with special touches. The quilting area was extremely useful and functions well. We really enjoyed the table heights being adjustable, the design boards, comfortable furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, and so much more. The location is quiet with views of pastures but within 4 minutes of shopping.

Perfect location for getting to restaurants & downtown quilt shops. Very quiet & very clean. Comfortable furniture. We would definitely stay again. Loved the assortment of k-cups & ground coffee as well as some snacks. We did have to get ice & wasn’t able to use the garage. Didn’t see a garage door opener anywhere.

Great place

Great place to stay and had all the amenities and a beautiful deck. It was walking distance to all the shops, would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place, newly refurbished, sparkling clean, very quiet area. Very roomy, handy and convenient sewing areas and the house was close to downtown shops. Perfect! We already booked for next year.

I was born and raised in a small town about 30 minutes from Hamilton, MO. We currently live in another small town outside of Hamilton approximately 20 min away. Small town living is our jam!
I enjoy gardening and spending time with my family.

This home belonged to my husband's eccentric grandmother, Grandma Jo. A woman of daily naps, loved feline friends, and wasn't afraid to speak her mind! When family was unable to care for this home after her she went on to be with The Lord, we couldn't let it leave the family. Though we didn't want to leave our current home. So with a little TLC, Jo's Patch has become a place where we welcome many. Outpouring our love for others in every detail. Hopefully we represent the kind of generosity JoAnn provided to others.

This home provides you all the luxuries of home with quilting retreat spaces! Jo's Patch was born through my desire to make a handicap accessible home for all individuals to enjoy the beautiful shops of downtown Hamilton, Mo.
This home also offers 3 quilting spaces with height adjustable tables, chairs, gallery lighting, quilt design walls, and 4 outlets at each table. This home is for the quilters, while offering everything a family would enjoy while visiting local sites or family.
