Situated in heart of Downtown Dubai; home to the famous Burj Khalifa and the Dubail Mall, a magnificent heaven for shopaholics and high-end fashion connoisseurs. My home overlooks the courtyard of Reehan 3, with its distinctive Arabian architecture, which will leave a distinctive impression on you.
Sit back and relax in the comfy living room, fitted with a comfortable sofa that's meant to lounge in, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and a dining area. There’s also a sitting area on the balcony should you wish to get some fresh air! The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, stove, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well!
The bedroom is complete with a King-sized bed, fresh linens to ensure a goodnight's rest, a bed lamp, and drawers to keep your personal possession secure.
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, shower head, toilet, and mirror and comes with complimentary toiletries and towels.
Enjoy the use of the other amenities in our home, including a washing machine and ironing facilities.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young population.
Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas.
Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner and watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.

- Within a 10-minute walking distance of Duba Mall & The Souk.
- Within a 20-minute walking distance from The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
